Here at Paper and Bloom, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here's what you need to know:
Operating Hours
Our online store is open all days of the week unless advised otherwise. We will put up an announcement in the store when it is closed.
Turnaround Time
Retail orders
- For standard orders: 2-4 business days
- For express orders: 1-2 business days
Wholesale orders
- 2-3 weeks
Custom orders
- 3-4 weeks (We are currently accepting waitlist entries – To secure your spot, please request a quote via the Custom Page)
- Dispatch time once order is ready : 1-3 business days
Where We Ship and Our Fees
We send orders within Australia and worldwide.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
- Letter post $5 - No tracking
- Standard Shipping $10 flat rate – includes tracking
- Express Post $15 flat rate - includes tracking
- FREE within Australia for all retail orders over $80 - includes tracking
INTERNATIONAL
We ship to many countries, but please note that Canada and New Zealand have strict biodiversity regulations and may not allow plantable paper through customs. We cannot take responsibility for any customs delays, inspections, or fees.

We want you to love your Paper & Bloom order! Here’s how we look after our customers:
1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement. Return shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
2. Our Growing Promise
Our cards are designed to bloom into wildflowers, and we want you to enjoy the magic! If your seeds haven’t sprouted after 6 months, contact us. We’ll send you replacement cards to try again, along with extra planting tips to help you succeed.
3. Final Sale
Due to the nature of our handmade, eco-friendly products, all other sales are final.
