Our online store is open all days of the week unless advised otherwise. We will put up an announcement in the store when it is closed.

For individual orders: 1-3 business days
For wholesale orders: 2-3 weeks
For custom orders: 3-4 weeks (We are currently accepting waitlist entries – To secure your spot, please request a quote via the Custom Page)
Dispatch time once order is ready : 1-3 business days

- Standard Shipping $9 flat rate – includes tracking
- Express Post $11 flat rate
- FREE within Australia for all retail orders over $60
INTERNATIONAL - Anywhere in the world
- Standard shipping $25 flat rate – includes tracking
- Express Post $45 flat rate
