We at Paper and Bloom prepare all orders as soon as possible with as much love we can share and give. Please consider the following timeframes and conditions when ordering your plantable paper projects. 

Timeframe

  1. For individual orders: 1-3 business days from the moment payment is received
  2. For wholesale orders: 2-3 weeks from the moment payment is received
  3. For custom orders: 2-3 weeks from the moment payment is received (or longer depending on due dates agreed with clients)
  4. Dispatch time once order is ready: 1-3 business days

Possible Delivery Delays due to COVID-19

Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. To avoid disappointment, please allow a little longer for your parcel to arrive.

Claims and Inquiries

For any concerns about an order, you may send an email to sarah@paperandbloom.com.au.

Information to be included in the email:

  • name
  • email address used in placing the order
  • a brief description of the concern, and 
  • if applicable, pictures to support your claim/inquiry

Claims and Inquiry Process:

  • Purchaser sends an email to Paper and Bloom
  • Paper and Bloom will answer/investigate
  • Paper and Bloom will advise the purchaser about the resolution

Claims Scenarios

a. Not As Described/ Defective Merchandise – We want you to have the most amazing experience and receive the items you love.  

Sometimes though, your order can gain small imperfections during transit.

If you receive the wrong or damaged product, you may choose to do the following: 

  1. Send an email to sarah@paperandbloom.com.au. We are obliged to send the correct or undamaged product/s only after the investigation shows that the damage or error happened within our control. Please allow the same Delivery Timeframe for the redelivery.
  2. If there’s damage caused by the carrier, you should file a claim with them directly.

b. Merchandise Not Received – If you did not receive the merchandise after the given timeframe (please refer to the Timeframe section), you may choose to do the following: 

    1. You may send an email to sarah@paperandbloom.com.au for close monitoring of the order status. 
    2. For all shipping-related concerns, you may call the carrier. If the tracking status is “delivered parcel” but the parcel got lost/stolen, it is your responsibility to file the claim with the carrier directly.

c. Cancelled Merchandise – Cancellation is only available depending on these conditions:

  1. For individual orders: Once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer cancel it
  2. For wholesale and custom orders: Once production has started, we can no longer cancel the order

Change Request

a. Shipping Information – If you wish to make any changes like name, address, etc. on a delivery, please email sarah@paperandbloom.com.au, as soon as possible. Requests will be addressed depending on these conditions:

  1. Before the item has been shipped: We will update the shipping label. 
  2. After the parcel has been shipped: We will attempt to make the changes with the carrier. Please note that all fees associated with the request will be your responsibility.

b. Product – Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you would like to change your product selection, you’ll need to act quickly and email sarah@paperandbloom.com.au. Requests will be addressed depending on these conditions:

  1. Standard collection items: if the item hasn’t yet been packed and dispatched only.
  2. Custom orders: Prior to design and print, we will process the request and accommodate replacement order/s.
  3. Custom orders: Once printed, we are unable to change your items as they are all made to order especially for you.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this site, you signify your acceptance of this policy.  If you do not agree to this policy, you may stop using the site. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
